Mail-in voting: the tool of tyrants and criminals in power
it's one aspect of systemic election fraud, but it's the core of it
Mail-in voting in our state (as well as other states) is (supposedly) a way to ensure that there's a high voter-turnout rate (as opposed to in-person, single day voting with paper ballots). It’s often touted as being secure…
Unfortunately, mail-in voting, upon further examination, is neither secure, nor trustworthy. There's way too many ways to commit fraud and violate 'chain-of-custody' (a provable, verifiable chain of possession between the original (and intended) owner of who was sent the ballot, and the entity/governing body processing the ballot): a very important aspect of elections and voting.
In fact, mail-in voting is flawed, by design.
While this is just one aspect of how our elections are rigged, it's a vital and essential key to understanding how our elections are conducted, and how our ballots are used and processed (or not).
Normally, 18 days before an election (primary, or general), you are sent out a ballot. During these 18 days, early voting takes place, where ballots are accepted by the county elections office, and the office of the Secretary of State.
These ballots are often sent in an envelope with your name and address on it, and are usually color-coded.
After you've filled out your ballot (completely, or under-voting), and signed it, your options are to either drop it at the nearest mail-in drop box, or at your local election office. From there, there's (up to) a 48 hour wait time before your ballot is processed, even if you drop your ballot off at the official county election office. (they will refuse to process your ballot, and instead, will refer you to the nearest mail-in drop box).
Ballots are not immediately processed when received.
After the polls are closed, there's still the processing and counting of ballots, which lasts up to a week after the polls are closed.
In case you haven't already figured it out: there's something horribly wrong with this picture.
It's time to start asking questions.
1. The mail-in drop boxes
The vast majority of the mail-in drop boxes are in locations with little to no surveillance (including some that are at public libraries). It means anyone can deposit ballots at any drop boxes, with no provable 'chain of custody'. The ballots can be printed from someone's home computer, and deposited in a ballot drop box (and in some cases, they can be emailed).
There has been mention that the website that allows you to print ballots, may be based in China.
If it wasn't for the movie '2000 Mules' and Mike Lindell’s ‘Cyber-Symposium’, we wouldn't know about this kind of fraud.
2. The collection of ballots
According to state law, observers from the major political parties must be present during the collection of ballots from the drop boxes, as they're being transferred and transported to the county elections office (to later be counted). There is no law enforcement to ensure the safety and security of our ballots that are being transferred. The containers in which the ballots are transported in, are unsecured bins.
The ballot boxes are closed after the polls are closed (or at least, they're supposed to be).
3. The ballots themselves
In order to receive a mail-in ballot, you're supposed to be a registered voter within the State of Washington.
Due to laws being passed over the past few years, the requirements for voter registration are very weak. This also includes registration of voters by the Department of Licensing, Department of Social and Human Services, and other similar state agencies.
What should be a mandatory verifying of citizenship status (it's illegal to register someone who is not a US Citizen), is anything but. (This is based on whistleblower testimony, and laws relaxing the citizenship requirements that were passed in the 2022-23 legislative session).
This also comes from the 'National Voter Registration' act of 1993 (aka the 'Motor Voter Act'), which requires every state to register anyone that applies for a driver's license or state ID (which is a de-facto automatic voter registration), with no system to enforce, and ensure the compliance of agencies lawfully registering people to vote.
Without such a system, you have a gigantic potential for people who have an unlawful presence in our country, being registered to not only vote, but receive ballots to vote in our elections.
This is further compounded by SB 6419 (2003), which blocks anyone from auditing registrations conducted by state agencies (like the DoL, DSHS, etc), without court order (and even then, there's no guarantee, due to 'legal standing' and 'public interest' arguments that have been used in 'courts of law').
The other issue…is there is no system to authenticate each ballot (like a serial number, watermark, or unique QR code). Ballots can potentially be printed from anywhere. With only a signature verification (which they’re trying to get rid of via lawsuit), a ballot could be counted without it being authentic.
4. The machines
The interesting thing about the mail-in ballots, is they are machine-counted, with software that is likely connected to the internet. We don’t know what kind of software is used, or what is done to sort or count the ballots (due to SB 5459 (2023)).
It's also very interesting how you can track your ballot online, to see if it's been counted (or not).
For anyone who's suspicious, there is the possibility that a secret record of your voting record could be kept somewhere, (which would include a record of how you voted, and what party you support). Legally, such a thing is disallowed, but no one should be surprised that this is likely the case.
Another reason to suspect the machines, is the insanely high voter turnout (which is usually from 79-85%). The numbers of people voting in the elections are too uniform, and too predictable to be human. There's very likely rigging going on, and probably on a fractional level.
5. E.R.I.C.
E.R.I.C. (Electronic Registration Information Center) is a system that's devised to maintain voter rolls of each county, and state of the members of this system. It was created in 2012 by Kim Wyman, and a few other people.
The problem with this system, is the unchecked voter rolls (people could, and are, receiving ballots who have either moved, relocated, or deceased). It's highly likely that because of this, people who are ineligible to voter (due to the aforementioned problems), are receiving ballots.
It's highly likely that ERIC, along with the insecure nature of mail-in ballots, this was intentionally designed to ruin and destroy the integrity of our elections.
For anyone not paying attention, certain election offices haven't switched parties since mail-in voting was implemented statewide; this includes the offices of: the Governor, State Attorney General, US Senate, Congressional Districts, King County Executive; a recall vote of Kshama Sawant managed to fail, too. Certain initiatives like I-594 and I-1639 (gun control), also succeeded. (I'm sure there's more, but these elections and initiatives 'jump out' at me).
With mail-in voting, you also have the aspect of 'ballot pre-loading' (aka ballot stuffing) in elections. This allows the controlling party to either match, or out-vote any opponents. This is especially effective when used with 'early voting'.
For any criminal (pretending to be a politician), and wanna-be globalist tyrant, this is one of the core keys to severely rigging our elections in their favor. NO ONE IS REALLY VOTING FOR THESE PEOPLE!
I will be including a copy of a 'Writ of Mandamus' by James Miller, that was filed against Wyman back in 2017-18.
whocountsthevotes.com is a great site to go to for insight on how rigged our elections are. Most of the information I put in this newsletter was based on research I've done, as well as testimony from people within our 'We are WA state' community, and WEiCU.
When I moved here from Texas several years ago, I was astonished to find out that all votes were by mail. I never before heard of such a thing.
In addition to all the problems you mentioned, there is the openness of the mail-in system for voter coertion, by bribes and force as well as peer pressure. One of the benefits of in person voting is that no one can know your vote, not even your spouse. Hence coertion is not really possible.
I honestly don't know how courts approved this. But then again our courts are corrupt.
