In Turnaround Move, King County Superior Court Dismisses Election Process Claims and Suppresses Examination of 2020 Election Records
On June 5, 2023, King County Superior Court Judge LeRoy McCullough dismissed election process claims and a Public Records Act claim brought by Washington Election Integrity Coalition United and individual King County voters seeking judicial oversight over election irregularities from the 2020 General Election.
King County Prosecutors, defending King County Elections Director Julie Wise, in concert with the Democrat Party, represented by the Perkins Coie law firm, prevailed in having Judge McCullough reverse course on decisions from a hearing on Friday, June 2, 2023 continued over the weekend to Monday, June 5, 2023.
Initially Judge McCullough indicated he was going to grant WEiCU’s motion to declare ballots anonymous public records as required by election law…paving the way to examination of those records under the Public Records Act. However, following the weekend break, Judge McCullough took to the bench to reverse himself on technical grounds and proceeded to dismiss all causes of action in the complaint and grant counter-claims brought by King County and Julie Wise against WEiCU
WEiCU, joined by the co-plaintiffs, provided evidence establishing genuine issues of material fact relating to whether King County used a certified voting system in 2020, whether party preference was being tracked by King County in violation of election law, whether loose zip ties on ballot transfer containers are routinely used jeopardizing the chain of custody for ballots, and whether the voting results exhibited large swings in vote totals and vote swapping as documented by WEiCU.
At the prompting of King County Deputy Prosecutors, Judge McCullough struck the Declaration of Terpsehore Maras. The Maras Declaration provides a detailed account from an intelligence community whistleblower of how elections are manipulated by the intelligence community in coordination with domestic and foreign adversaries, with people on the back end making sure paper ballots correspond with pre-determined electronic outcomes.
According to WEiCU’s Director, Tamborine Borrelli, the handling of the case by King County Prosecutors raises serious issues: “Prosecutors in Washington State have a statutory duty to present all violations of the election laws to the consideration of the proper jury.
Not only are our Prosecutors not following their duty, they are asking the Court to strike evidence of how our elections are being handed to pre-determined winners.
This suppression hurts all of us and is only delaying the inevitable -- that black box elections must be stopped.

It is quite apparent that Judge McCullough was either threatened or bought off in order to not allow the case to proceed. How many guess the latter?
Election interference VIA MEDIA MUST BE STOPPED. We need fair and balanced current events / news and we aren't getting it. We get the political bias of this state and of the WH which sets the 'narrative'. Election interference will continue until the people say NO MORE. When the media INFORMS citizens as they should, there can come UNITY to enforce law and to uphold strict, election integrity for the sake of the Republic of the USA. PEOPLE MUST STAND UP AND SPEAK OUT to preserve constitutional law and our 1st and 2nd amendment rights without DILUTION as we see happening as we speak.
