So a commissioner for the WA state courts has issued a permanent stay against an injunction ruling in the Gator’s Guns case that was in Cowlitz County. (This was the HB 1240 law banning high capacity magazines. There was a case last year, the Supreme Court sent back to a lower court last year, making it clear that such a ban was unconstitutional).
While it’s very disturbing that a commissioner has the authority to issue such a ruling, it doesn’t ignore the facts that the judiciary in our state is largely, if not absolutely corrupt and compromised.
It was very clear in this case, the judiciary had its mind made up, well before the case was even heard.
This has happened before, including the ruling against I-976 (the Eyman initiative against the excessive car tabs), in favor of Sound Transit (tax assessment of car tabs based on ‘proprietary’ system), as well I-594, and I-1639 (both gun control laws).
The judiciary, not only in our state, but the country at large, has been corrupted and subverted.
People should be righteously disgusted and outraged.
If 2024 is not clear of election fraud we’re going to get more installed corrupt representation. It’s getting beyond obvious what some of these individuals do. It is unfortunate there are two tiers of justice in the country currently. WA state has been at this for many years. Alls I keep doing is praying as I’m at a loss what to do. Until this state administration is full of free an fair election individuals we are going to get more of the same and further take away our freedoms. Not only have they infiltrated our political and judicial systems. They’ve been running rogue for so long their getting away with all this time. No one holds these people ACCOUNTABLE.
fair enough, but what's the remedy in a corrupt system unless it is completely dismantled and rebuilt? it seems more and more evident that God's intervention is our only true hope. the hearts of men must change and i think our hard work of self-sacrifice has only just begun.
Yes, elections do have consequences, and the rest of us suffer , that's what I tell liberals that I hear complaining about the price of commodities and fuel......
