It doesn’t make any sense to give reparations to a minority group of people for acts of slavery that were conducted against them…acts that happened well over 150 years ago.
Giving reparations to ‘blacks’ (or ‘African-Americans’), would involve using (read: stealing) MORE taxpayer dollars to pay for something that makes no contextual sense. But then, isn’t this what equity is about? Stealing from one group, to pay/reward the other?
I realize the controversial ‘40 acres and a mule’ (using confiscated land from Confederate slave owners at the end of the Civil War), was a failed concept. But people should have woken up to the deception and evil workings of the federal government…even back then. When tyrannical, dishonest people promise you something: they’re highly likely to take it back from you, at their own whims.
A large problem with the so-called ‘black community’, is the lack of strong leadership, parenting, and dependency on government handouts, and ‘causes de jour’ (causes of the day). They shouldn’t be asking for handouts or reparations. They should be asking hard questions like how did they go from earning equal rights to being ruined and decimated through complacency and high incarcerations of ‘black’ men. They should be asking themselves why a notable percentage have such overt prejudice (even leaning towards violence), against ‘white’ people and other ethnic groups. They should also be asking and speaking out against the targeting of black men (and women) by evil people, via media and government forces.
I don’t believe reparations will do anything for a troubled community that has allowed itself to be a useful (and ultimately, disposable) tool for the communist, marxist tyrants aiming to destroy our country. But then, look at what happened with the Jewish people and the country of Israel. Wasn’t that another form of reparation?
*editor’s note: no, I’m not against ‘black’ people. However, there’s some things I noticed through experience, and upbringing, that I can’t help but ignore. my own ethnicity is mixed, and my skin is brown-ish. We’re al children of our Creator…expressions of the most High. I am not my skin-color, and I know that’s not why people visit the substack.
My thoughts on reparations are: I want every single penny of federal tax dollars paid back to me that I paid my entire working life, plus 12% compounded interest, as a refund from the government for violating my 2A, and 1st Amendment rights, and for violating the constitution of the Republic of these United States, calling it falsely a "democracy" and now turning it into a socialist banana republic as fast as they can to keep the stranglehold on we the people.....
The first black slave owner was black. The Askenazi Jews owned 99% of all slaves and the Askenazi Jews say they are not white. The first slaves documented on earth were the Slavics which are white people. That's where the word slave came from. The were 4 white slave trades perpetrated by blacks. This is all documented well before any blacks became slaves.

I've had my fill & would like a full refund of MY UNAUTHORIZED funds that have been SQANDERED by our corrupt Rino's & Commies in Olympia with INTEREST. We must GET RID of & never allow any RINO's like Reichert, & Commies like Herr Ferguson, OR the Commie wishing to replace Rino McMorris Rodgers to EVER have ANY position in our govt on any level.
