The main focus of this bill, based on what I’ve read, seems to be on ‘transgender’ youth.
And that any youth receiving ‘protected health services’ doesn’t require parental consent, nor does it show a ‘minimum age of discretion’ (in which youth can be referred to receive such services).
I intend to pose a few questions that people should be asking, as to why, and what (if any standards), are being used to determine, diagnose, and ‘treat’ minors with ‘gender dysphoria’.
The hearing for SB 5599 is on Wednesday, Mar 22nd (tomorrow) in the House Committee on ‘Human Services, Youth’ at 1:30pm. I’ll do my best to post the whole thing this afternoon.
I want to know what State sponsored criminal introduced this bill.
I am currently listening to live video feeds of the discussions going on in the legislature.

Thank J, you seem to know what questions to ask better than others can.
