Based on what I’m looking at of SB 5838/HB 1934 (creating an AI taskforce), this bill, coming from the current attorney general (the one who’s shown absolute contempt for rule of law, and the state AND US Constitutions), is a vague, do-nothing bill, that may be a doorway to abusing their power, like they did with SHB 1333…only with AI (artificial intelligence).
Given what I (and other WA Patriots) have experienced with Logically.AI, a firm that uses AI to label anyone speaking out against fraudulent elections, an ‘election threat’, and sends reports to the State Secretary of State, this bill seems to be a big, rotten, filthy lie of vagueness, that’s rife for abuse, and ‘Star Chamber’- type of scrutinies.
It has come to my attention that our Elected leaders across all 50 states may not have signed their Oath of Office legally. If so they must be removed because they are not allowed to legislate legally. Does anyone know how to verify WA State? This may help our court cases across the board. Thanks
The AI bill is being made to look like they are doing it because of "logically" and the ethical complaints from Bill Bruch and the GOP. But it's not even going to have even the first report created from them until Dec 2025. Why? Because they are using AI in our elections. ERIC, ARLO, ALBERT. The Voter registrations are tainted by ERIC who basically scrapes the internet in 25-28 member states that paid 25,000 to start their membership. It is supposed to be passing information to the states when people move from one to other and automatically checking for dead people and flagging voters that have been inactive for 2 federal elections and should be removed from the voter roll, but it does not. It actually finds 16-17 year olds who are not registered yet and can't vote and compiles that data as well as not doing anything about non-citizens voting. I have a bunch of emails with files like one 1500 pages long of voters that need to be taken off the voter roll and had been on there well over 2 federal elections from Stuart Holmes the OSOS elections director, and Treasurer for the ERIC non profit company, and the sole contact with the Risk-Limiting Audit open source software company and many of these emails are from other states SOS that are informing them to delete these people from the voter roll. There's even one with a bunch of addresses here in every county that they use for "testing" the uploading to Vote Wa. The auditors complained that they send VoteWa the "verifications" of the votes in to them and they do not receive a daily reconciliation report that reflects the separate accounting of the Replacement, Re-Issued, and Initial printing of returned ballots. The complaint was answered by an external affairs officer in the OSOS that told them that they indeed will be getting those to them before they need to send them to the public. So instead of us being able to see daily reports of the method of return of the ballots, the OSOS tells them that they will have to wait until after certification for them to figure out how to account for those different then of returns. There is also a email that shows Stuart giving all the auditors a uuhhbig list of ELIGIBLE, in state voters said right r
