SB 5982 is going to re-define what a ‘vaccine’ is. The outrage isn’t JUST over the fact you have the Department of Health creating this bill, and wanting to include the federally-defined ‘definition’ of what a vaccine is; it’s the fact that it has an emergency declaration clause, giving it the power to go into effect once it’s immediately signed.
It’s a clear abuse of power, by the same people were the main driving forces behind the ‘975 days of terror’ in 2020-22.
By now, most of us know these so-called ‘vaccines’, aren’t vaccines at all. What is deeply disturbing, is the so-call compliance with certain dubious, untrustworthy agencies that are ‘defining’ what a ‘vaccine’ is. This obviously includes (specifically) the Federal Drug Administration, and the Center for Disease Control. These two agencies were one of the main forces behind the plandemic, and millions of people harmed or killed because of their so-called ‘recommendations’ of the ‘COVID’ ‘vaccine’ that were never officially tested or peer-reviewed.
This bill could be a set up for another ‘plandemic’ in time for Election 2024…
The Scheduled for public hearing is on Friday, Jan 12th,in the Senate Committee on Health & Long Term Care at 8:00 AM in anticipation of other legislative action.
Item #2 - SB 5838
On its surface, SB 5838 aims to create an ‘AI (artificial intelligence) task force’. This came from the Attorney General’s office, and is crafted in a way that gives the AG sole power to dictate the agenda of the committee. This bill ALSO includes aspects of HB 1333 (the ‘Ministry of Truth’/’Using bureaucracy to criminalize free speech’. The aspects are: requiring members of a minority community to be on the appointed (not elected) committee, that may be affected by ‘algorithm bias’.
It also includes terms like ‘racial equity’, as well as detailing the makeup of this task force, which includes about 40 people; none of which are elected…but appointed by the AG.
One thing of note with this bill, is it doesn’t say anything about regulating the use of AI by governments. This seems to be a ‘study’, that ‘We the People’ are ‘funding’.
Given how some of our patriots (including the author and creator of the ‘We are WA State’ substack) have been targeted unlawfully by the Secretary of State (by outsourcing censorship via AI) for speaking out about election fraud (and being labeled an ‘election threat’), this bill is highly dubious, at best, and lays the framework for MORE abuse, at worst.
It’s been demonstrated in plain sight, how untrustworthy and criminal our so-called ‘politicians’ (who are in positions of power), really are. This new ‘creation of an AI taskforce’, does nothing to dissolve these issues, but amplify them.

Looks like SB 5982 will eliminate a vaccine age limit of 19 years. Current law: "(10) "Vaccine" means a preparation of killed or attenuated living microorganisms, or fraction thereof, that upon administration stimulates immunity that protects against disease and is approved by the federal food and drug administration as safe and effective and recommended by the advisory committee on immunization practices of the centers for disease control and prevention for administration to children under the age of nineteen years."

There is no authorization for illegal actions as proposed by these two bills, the federal agencies need to apologize for promoting Covid 19 vaccine as it contained dangerous carcinogens, DNA altering substances, and provided little if any protection against getting said Covid 19. The agencies were dishonest in their data reporting, did not do sufficient testing to verify if the novel vaccine is safe. Just vote no on these Senate bills as your aware constituency will not follow unjust laws.
Don't forget to mention the use of AI in our RLA to make sure it's certifiable after the SOS "mitigates any vulnerabilities" and with ERIC, scraping 25-28 states constantly for unused, unregistered names of 16-17 year olds and trading names between states using the UOCAVA/NON-UOCAVA abilities. Why in the world would they pass it now and not take action on it until Dec 2025?! Because after the election is done they are going to want to look like the heroes and appear to be tightening up on all these loose areas that no one knew would have a bad effect.
